Join us for a six-week study/discussion group on the Heart Sutra. This group will begin on October 3 from 6:45 pm to 8 pm and will meet on the subsequent six Mondays, ending on November 7.
The Heart Sutra is the most frequently used and recited text in the entire Mahayana Buddhist tradition and has been translated into many languages with dozens of translations.
This group is intended for everyone, regardless of prior knowledge. Let’s explore one of Buddhism’s most impactful sutras together in an inclusive and supporting environment!

We will begin and end each class with a ten-minute meditation followed by the week’s version of the Heart Sutra being chanted.
