Beginner's Meditation Instruction

Zen meditation (zazen) is the core of our Zen practice. In sitting zazen, we bring our attention to the breath and the body and realize not only the interdependent nature of the mind and body, but of all reality.

This class is offered for people who want to learn Zen meditation. It is taught by one of our senior members and lasts approximately 2 hours. Please plan to arrive early, as we begin promptly at 11:30 and come wearing neutral colored clothing, if possible.
